At Mays Business School, Casey upgraded a text-only Listserv newsletter into an HTML newsletter using an Email Service Provider (ESP).  Using an ESP allowed for tracking of email campaigns which let Mays tweak email as necessary.

Casey redesigned several sites for Mays, including their high school recruiting site, their MBA Program site, and their online magazine, which won an IABC Award of Excellence for Electronic Communications.
